During his tenures as MP at the Hellenic Parliament and Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, he was a strong advocate for environmental protection and building robust governance systems. Georgios Chatziparaskevas is a Software and Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in AI-based solutions, data-driven applications, scalable software development and has a strong background in C/C++, Python, and PyTorch. His work includes published research in generative models and time-series forecasting, alongside extensive industry experience in engineering leadership and product development.

Odysseas Spyroglou brings expertise in digital transformation, innovation management, project management, risk finance, intellectual property, and AI. He has led or contributed to the implementation of more than 100 EU and international projects and has delivered over 400 training sessions on innovation, entrepreneurship, IPR, financial management and Generative AI. With a background in engineering (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, GR), ICT (Uni of Leicester, UK), and finance (LSE, UK), his current focus is on foresight, future studies, and the responsible use of AI in research and innovation.

Dimitra Psimmenou is a biologist with expertise in environmental management, sustainable development, and tourism. She has designed strategies for protecting natural areas, conducted ecological assessments, and supported projects under EU environmental directives, especially within Natura 2000. Her work includes environmental action plans, mitigation strategies, and geospatial analysis for sustainable infrastructure. She has promoted eco-tourism through digital trail guides and supported rural sustainability and agrotourism initiatives. With an MSc in Environment and Development and a BSc in Biology, she combines scientific knowledge with policy insight and fieldwork experience.

Dr. George A. Papadopoulos holds the (tenured) rank of Full Professor in the Department of Computer Science, University of Cyprus. His research interests include Advanced Software Engineering, Ubiquitous Computing, Cloud Computing, Parallel and Distributed Programming Models, Technology Enhanced Learning, Medical Informatics, Assistive Technologies, Context Aware and Recommender Systems, and Internet Technologies. He has published over 200 papers as book chapters or in internationally refereed journals and conferences, he is a current or past member in the Editorial Board of 18 international journals and is serving or has served as a Chair or Steering or Program Committee member in more than 200 international conferences. Professor Papadopoulos is a recipient of a 1995 ERCIM-HCM scholarship award. He has been involved or is currently participating, as coordinator or partner, in more than 100 internationally and nationally funded projects (total budget for his participation is more than 11 MEURO) and has been invited by the E.U. and national agencies as an Expert Evaluator or Reviewer more than 100 times. Trifon Sotiropoulos is a Senior Developer who provides consulting and contributes to the design of the Database Schema and the Development of Interface Code for various parts of the Verimpact Meta-ESG project interacting with the Database.

George Karouzos is a Senior Developer who contributes to Requirements Analysis and Software Implementation for the Verimpact Meta-ESG project. He focuses on the design and development of backend system components, collaborating closely with the team to deliver technical solutions aligned with project specifications, integrating external APIs, and producing documentation.

George Bravos is an Innovation Consultant contributing to the development of the Verimpact Meta-ESG project digital systems, particularly in sub-projects involving Causality and forecasting algorithms, UI/UX interface development, and immersive systems. He supports technical design and documentation to enhance the Verimpact Meta-ESG online tool and the company’s digital services.

Vassilis Chatzigiannakis is a Digital Systems Consultant actively participating in the engineering team of the Verimpact Meta-ESG project. His contributions include algorithm development and UI/UX interface implementation. He also supports database design and the integration of causality/forecasting algorithms, helping to enhance the platform’s innovation and functionality.
